Description
The General Services Administration is seeking expressions of interest from property owners and authorized representatives for 90,000–100,000 contiguous ABOA square feet of office space, including 34 structured parking spaces. The space must meet government fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability requirements, be offered under a fully serviced lease, and be outside the 1-percent-annual-chance floodplain. The delineated area is bounded by I-275 to the north, E. Kennedy Boulevard to the south, N. Jefferson Street to N. Orange Avenue to the east, and the Hillsborough River to the west. The stated term is 10 years, with a firm term of 5 years; options of up to 5 years may be offered but are not required. Expressions of interest must include property and representative details, available space and floor areas, specified full-service rental rates and operating costs, and written ownership consent when submitted by someone other than the owner or property manager. The government may consider alternative space if economically advantageous, including relocation-related costs.
