Description
The City of Miramar is seeking a contractor to provide parking operation and traffic control services for approximately 75 events annually, including concerts, festivals, graduations, movie nights, sporting events, and private rentals. Events may serve 500 to 5,000 attendees and may occur on weekdays, weekends, and holidays. The contractor must provide all labor, supervision, equipment, uniformed personnel, a dedicated account manager, and at least a 95% staffing fulfillment rate. Required services include pre-event lot preparation, signage and traffic-control setup, parking attendants and supervisors, VIP and ADA parking, cashiers when requested, vehicle routing, rideshare coordination, overflow parking, ingress and egress planning, emergency access, law-enforcement coordination, and equipment such as radios, safety vests, flashlights, traffic batons, cones, barricades, signage, and handheld devices. Reporting must cover parking utilization, attendance counts, revenue reconciliation, staffing, and incidents. Proposals must include the specified technical, pricing, reference, affidavit, and acknowledgment materials and be submitted electronically through DemandStar.
