Description
The contractor will provide on-demand complementary characterization of materials suspected of containing asbestos at Santé Québec Montérégie-Est facilities identified in Annex A. Work includes reviewing existing registers, reports, and plans; inspecting buildings; collecting samples and arranging laboratory analyses; creating or updating safe asbestos-management registers; and preparing and delivering characterization reports. An inspection and register update are also required two years after the initial characterization. The work is divided into three geographic lots. Bidders may submit for one or more lots, and each lot will be awarded and administered under a separate contract. The estimated contract period is 36 months.
