Palm Beach County is seeking firm, fixed unit pricing for vehicle window tinting services under a 12-month term contract, with four additional 12-month renewal options. Services will be ordered as needed and cover cars, pickup trucks, sport utility vehicles, vans, dump trucks, tractors, loaders, earth movers, and fire rescue vehicles. Pricing is also requested for film removal and installation of limo tint where specified. The contractor must use standard dyed window film with a scratch-resistant coating, apply it without bubbling or creasing, and comply with Florida visible-light-transmission laws. Vendors may provide services at a fixed location or through a mobile service; fixed locations must be within 10 miles of the County's Fire Rescue and Facilities Development and Operations Fleet Departments, while mobile vendors must travel throughout Palm Beach County. The anticipated contract value is $63,700 for the initial term. The response must include the completed quote response form, required certifications and applicable licenses, references for at least three similar projects completed within the past three years, and applicable small-business subcontracting schedules.
