Description
This Request for Proposal (RFP) is for two contracts generally covering the design, supply, installation, and commissioning of 242kV XLPE cable systems at the West End Substation and East Vancouver Substation in Vancouver, British Columbia. Delivery or completion is required by May 2031. The procurement may involve negotiation, is subject to Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement, and responses must be submitted in English. Suppliers must register or re-register on the BC Bid platform to respond. Questions and addenda are handled through the opportunity's Addenda tab; documents cannot be obtained from the listed contact person. Changes treated as addenda do not require resubmission of an already submitted response.
