Description
The City of Winner is soliciting sealed bids for the Winner Regional Airport Hangar and Office Roof Replacement Project. The work includes removing and properly disposing of the existing standing-seam metal roofs on an approximately 80-by-120-foot main hangar and a 32-by-48-foot airport office lean-to, then furnishing and installing new mechanically seamed standing-seam metal roofing systems, specified as Butler MR24 or an approved equal. The scope includes white factory-finished Galvalume roof panels, trim, gable trim, continuous gutters with rubber weather seals, six hangar downspouts, two office downspouts, ridge caps, transition flashing, fasteners, sealants, closures, and related accessories. The contractor must provide labor, supervision, equipment, materials, permits, insurance, transportation, cleanup, disposal, and a complete watertight installation; field verification and protection of airport property are also required. The successful bidder must substantially complete the project by June 30, 2027, and provide required insurance and performance and payment bonds if required by the contract documents.
