Description
Faulk County is soliciting sealed bids for approximately 100,000 tons, more or less, of 3/4-inch-minus road surface gravel at the Ortmeier Pit. The work includes removing topsoil as needed, crushing and stockpiling the material, and testing the material during crushing and stockpiling. The gravel must meet the 2017 South Dakota Standard Specifications for Roads and Bridges. Quantities may change at the direction of the Faulk County Highway Superintendent, and the work must be completed by December 2026.
