Description
The South Dakota Bureau of Human Resources & Administration is soliciting bids for maintenance services at the Capitol, Kneip, Dolly-Reed, parking lot maintenance areas, and the broader Capitol Complex in Pierre, South Dakota. The solicitation is identified as OSE# ACC27--11X/SWMR. Electronic bids must be submitted through the state's electronic bidding system by the stated deadline. An optional on-site pre-bid meeting will provide the only opportunity for bidders to review the site. Plans and specifications are available from ISG, Inc. Each bid exceeding $100,000 requires either a certified, cashier's, or bank draft check equal to 5% of the base bid and add alternates, or a 10% bid bond uploaded with the electronic bid.
