Description
The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey is seeking proposals from firms to provide expert professional climate resilience and sustainable design services on a task-order basis for a four-year term. Services may support non-residential buildings, infrastructure, and landscape projects and include feasibility studies, climate-risk and natural-hazard assessments, resilience and sustainable design, energy modeling, life-cycle and benefit-cost analyses, guideline development, training, construction-stage support, and staff supplementation. Proposers may compete for either or both the Climate Resilience and Sustainable Design subsets. The Authority may retain multiple firms, and task orders may involve temporary staffing or project-specific work. The proposal must demonstrate specified firm and staff qualifications, including relevant projects, climate-risk or sustainable-design experience, and applicable LEED or Envision credentials. The submission must include the completed proposal template and attachments covering the agreement on terms of discussion, company profile, staff qualifications, firm experience, MBE/WBE/SDVOB participation, cost and salary information, and conflict-of-interest disclosures. The solicitation requires electronic upload through Bonfire and prohibits emailed, hand-delivered, and mailed submissions.
