Description
Greater Dayton Premier Management is seeking a contractor to clear overgrowth along approximately 2,000 linear feet of fence line at Olive Hills. The work includes removing brush, shrubs, vines, saplings under four inches in diameter, and weeds within five feet of both sides of accessible fencing; treating invasive-species stumps with an EPA-labeled herbicide applied by an Ohio-licensed commercial applicator; reporting fence damage with photographs; and chipping or hauling away debris the same day. The contractor must also prune trees around 11 light poles to provide at least a 10-foot clear zone around each fixture and an unobstructed light path, raise canopies over walkways and drives, remove dead or hazardous limbs, and follow ANSI A300 and ANSI Z133 standards. The scope requires all labor, equipment, disposal, cleanup, before-and-after photographs, an ISA Certified Arborist on or overseeing the crew, applicable HUD and Section 3 requirements, and insurance consisting of general liability, auto liability, and Ohio workers’ compensation. Full tree removal, stump grinding, fence repair or replacement, and electrical work are excluded unless added by change order.
