Description
The City of Edmond is soliciting sealed bids for construction of the Kickingbird Golf Course parking lot. The work includes furnishing all required materials, equipment, tools, and labor for the complete project. Major bid items include unclassified borrow; concrete pavement; millings and asphalt paving; curb and gutter replacement; concrete sidewalks and ADA tactile warning devices; sod and topsoil; traffic striping; a 12-inch corrugated galvanized steel pipe and culvert end sections; concrete flume removal; erosion control; clearing and grubbing; stormwater pollution prevention documentation and management; and mobilization. The contractor must also provide required quality control, traffic control, testing, site protection, and related construction administration. The project is to be completed within 60 calendar days after issuance of the applicable work authorization. All bids must be submitted through the online bidding system, and the bid bond must be submitted online before the closing date and time. No pre-bid meeting will be held.
