Description
The Port of Pasco is seeking a contractor to furnish all labor, equipment, and materials required for the Port of Pasco Truck Yard project. Bidders must be listed on the Port's Small Works Roster to be eligible. Bids must be submitted by mail or hand delivery by October 20, 2026, at 2:00 PM Pacific time. An optional pre-bid walk-through will be held at the Port Administrative Office on October 6, 2026. The work must begin within 10 days after contract execution and be completed within 60 calendar days. A bid guarantee equal to at least 5% of the total base bid is required, and the successful contractor must provide performance and payment bonds, each for at least the contract price, along with proof of insurance.
