Description
The New Mexico Health Care Authority is soliciting proposals through competitive negotiations for federal oversight of certified healthcare facilities. The contractor must conduct recertification surveys and complaint investigations, including Health and Life Safety Code surveys, in accordance with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services requirements, the CMS State Operations Manual, applicable federal regulations, survey protocols, and investigative procedures. The contractor must prepare complete survey findings and complaint investigation reports with supporting evidence, submit required documentation electronically within five business days after each survey's exit date, maintain qualified and certified personnel, and remain available for consultation. The contract term is four years and may result in multiple awards. Proposals must include technical and cost submissions, organizational experience and references, personnel qualifications, capacity information, a signed Letter of Transmittal, a Campaign Contribution Disclosure Form, and a completed Cost Response Form.
