Description
The Redevelopment Authority of the County of Washington is soliciting bids for the Washington Demolition Project No. BMP 26-04. The selected contractor must be able to initiate work within 15 days of contract execution and complete the work within 45 consecutive calendar days after the Notice to Proceed. Applicable prevailing wage requirements and nondiscrimination requirements apply. Each bid must include a bid guaranty of at least 10 percent of the total bid amount, in a form permitted by the contract documents. Bid documents are available electronically at no charge by contacting the authority, while hard copies may be purchased from the authority or mailed for stated fees. Only bid documents received from the authority will be accepted.
