Description
The City of Laredo seeks a contractor to demolish the specified partial residential structure, remove and legally dispose of demolition debris at the City landfill, and scrape the lot clean of remaining debris, weeds, brush, and other vegetation. The concrete foundation and parking area are to remain, and healthy trees at least four inches in diameter are generally to be preserved. The contractor must provide labor, materials, equipment, permits, landfill fees, site protection, utility coordination, and required cleanup. Proof of landfill disposal must accompany the demolition invoice. The work must be completed within 30 calendar days after the date specified in the written Notice to Proceed.
