Description
The City is soliciting a vendor to provide pipe-and-drape service and event equipment for the Sister Cities Festival, scheduled for July 9–11, 2027. The scope includes 81 booth rentals with tables and pipe-and-drape, 134 additional skirted tables, 3,000 S-hooks, aisle and identification signs, and 212 wastebaskets with liners. Pricing must include merchandise, shipping, setup, production, breakdown, and other applicable charges. The vendor is responsible for providing the necessary equipment, labor, materials, supervision, and safety devices. Setup is scheduled for July 5, 2027, subject to change; breakdown is scheduled for July 11, 2027, after 8:00 p.m., also subject to change. The S-hooks must be mailed by June 4, 2027. The contract is for one year, with up to four additional one-year extensions by mutual consent. The solicitation states that local vendors receive a 5% evaluation preference.
