Description
The City is seeking an annual contract to supply uniforms for its Public Works and Cemetery employees. Requested items include work pants and long-sleeve shirts in specified sizes and colors, with approved equivalents permitted. Shirts require employee names and department identification applied by patches or embroidery, depending on the item. Garments must be new and unused, with size and care instructions attached. The supplier must be available to measure Public Works employees on site to determine sizes. Bulk orders must be delivered complete within 30 working days after receipt of an order; the City does not guarantee annual purchase quantities. The contract has a one-year initial term and may be extended for two additional one-year periods by mutual agreement.
