Description
King County is soliciting consultants to provide surveying, aerial mapping, and related services on a work-order basis. Potential tasks include land and as-built surveying, boundary and easement work, bathymetric surveys, aerial photogrammetry, orthoimagery, unmanned aerial vehicle photography, LiDAR acquisition and processing, topographic and elevation modeling, emergency survey support, and project management. Deliverables may include certified survey maps and reports, electronic survey and ASCII files, bathymetric and topographic surfaces, orthoimagery mosaics and stereo-pair photography, LiDAR point/vector/raster data, FEMA elevation certificates, health and safety plans, and related technical reports. Work must comply with King County standards and applicable Washington State requirements; relevant deliverables require certification by a Washington State Professional Land Surveyor, Certified Hydrographer, Certified Photogrammetrist, or FAA-certified drone pilot as applicable. The procurement is a work-order arrangement with no guarantee that all listed services will be used.
