Description
The City is soliciting bids for trophies, plaques, awards, and certificates for employee recognition. Bidders must complete the specification sheet and provide pricing, including delivery charges in the quoted unit prices; delivery timing must be stated in work days after receipt of the order. The bid form also requests a delivery discount and payment discount offer. The response must include the completed and signed Request for Bid form, the Northern Ireland Fair Employment Practices Disclosure, and the Wage Theft and Payroll Fraud Disclosure. The Northern Ireland disclosure is required with the bid when possible and must be submitted before contract award if not included with the bid.
