Description
Orange County OC Waste & Recycling is soliciting bids for a three-year, usage-based contract to maintain and repair greenery and organics-processing equipment at three active landfills. The equipment includes conveyor stackers, aggregate and star screeners, windrow turners, bagging machines, and related assets. Required services include monthly inspections, preventive and predictive maintenance, corrective maintenance, miscellaneous support such as welding and equipment modifications, emergency repairs, equipment training, status meetings, service reporting, and warranty management. The contractor must provide the personnel, service trucks, tools, parts, supplies, materials, and labor necessary to perform the work. Services are generally performed on site during landfill operating hours, with availability for after-hours call-outs and a required emergency response within 24 hours. The solicitation uses time-and-materials pricing and requires electronic submission through the County's online bidding system. A mandatory pre-submittal meeting and site visit is required, and the bid must include the portal's required supplier responses, certifications, references, and other forms and attachments.
