Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is soliciting a certified service-disabled veteran-owned small business to provide scheduled preventive maintenance and unscheduled repair services for AMSCO 70 and 73 Series reprocessing sinks, Unity ultrasonic washers, an AMSCO 5052 washer/disinfector, 400 Series sterilizers, and a Reliance Vision multi-chamber washer/disinfector. The contractor must provide all labor, OEM-trained technicians, OEM parts unless otherwise approved, tools, diagnostic equipment, transportation, supervision, inspections, calibration, sanitation, corrective repairs, functional testing, and service documentation. The requirement is a firm-fixed-price base period with four option years. Preventive maintenance is scheduled quarterly, biannually, or annually depending on the equipment; approved repairs must be completed within 72 hours, and service reports are due within 48 hours. The offer must include technical capability, past performance, and pricing volumes, along with the signed SF 1449, applicable certifications and representations, completed line-item pricing, and up to three relevant references from the past three years.
