The Defense Health Agency requires quarterly preventive maintenance and as-needed repair support for warehouse material handling equipment at its San Antonio warehouse. The contractor must perform maintenance in accordance with original equipment manufacturer guidance and respond to repair requests within 24 hours. The notice states that the agency intends to award the requirement on a sole-source basis to Lonestar Forklift 2017 USA Inc. The period of performance is one 12-month base period plus four 12-month option periods.
