Description
Public Utility District No. 1 of Skagit County is soliciting sealed bids for the Alger Well Replacement Project. The work involves installing a new water-supply well in a flowing aquifer system to replace an existing well, under the authority of existing water right G1-05743. The replacement well will use 12-inch steel casing and be drilled to a maximum depth of 300 feet. The project includes well drilling, testing, and installation of a flow-control seal, with the goal of producing the full quantity authorized by the existing water right.
