Description
The City of Sainte-Catherine-de-la-Jacques-Cartier is soliciting bids for replacement of the raw-water pipeline serving the Duchesnay drinking-water production plant. Bids must comply with the project specifications and official forms. A bid must include either a certified cheque for at least 10% of the bid price or a bid bond in favor of the city, issued by an authorized surety. The contract is estimated to have a one-month duration and is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement, the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement, and the Agreement on Internal Trade in Quebec. The city reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
