Description
The City of Burlington's Department of Public Works, Water Resources Division, is soliciting proposals for one replacement aeration blower package for the North Wastewater Facility. Respondents may propose a Hybrid Tri-Lobe, Non-Hybrid Tri-Lobe, or Integrally Geared Centrifugal Blower, and manufacturers may submit separate packages for multiple blower types. The package must include the blower, motor, drive assembly, enclosure, silencers, valves, gauges, controls, appurtenances, and related accessories meeting the detailed specifications. The scope also includes shop drawings and submittals, delivery and storage requirements, startup services, performance testing, operator training, equipment documentation, and a two-day site visit for startup, testing, and training. The proposal must include qualifications, a completed bid form, equipment lead times, five equipment references, manufacturer cut sheets and performance information, total-cost-of-ownership information, applicable registration and insurance evidence, and other specified certifications or documentation. Proposals are limited to ten pages and must be submitted as a single PDF by email.
