Description
This solicitation is for the purchase and delivery of three rolling shelf systems, including installation, for the 702nd Maintenance Squadron and the 20th Bomb Wing Support Group at Barksdale Air Force Base, Louisiana. The requirement is set aside for small business concerns. The rolling shelves will be installed in Building 6225, Room C101C for the 702nd MXS, and in Building 6415, in both the Lower Mezzanine and Main Service Area for the 20th BGS. Specific dimensions, materials, and load-bearing capacities are detailed in the attached Statements of Work. Installation includes securing tracks to the floor, assembling shelving units with adjustable shelves, and ensuring proper functionality with crank and locking systems. The contractor is responsible for all labor and material costs, including repairs for any damage to government facilities during installation. Disposal of removed shelving must be arranged by the contractor. Delivery terms are Freight on Board (FOB) Destination. Quotes must be submitted by 1:00 PM CDT on Tuesday, June 30, 2026.
