Description
The Redevelopment Authority of the County of Washington is soliciting bids for construction of the Heist Spirits Distillery Expansion Project, Project No. LS 25-26. The selected contractor must be able to begin work within 45 days of contract execution and complete the work within 60 consecutive calendar days after the Notice to Proceed. Each bid must include a bid guaranty of at least 10% of the total bid amount, in a form permitted by the contract documents. The buyer will accept only contract documents obtained directly from NIRA Consulting Engineers, Inc. and reserves the right to reject bids or waive informalities.
