Description
The U.S. Army is conducting market research for transportation services supporting Joint Exercise Angkor Sentinel 2027 in Cambodia. The anticipated requirement includes transportation for approximately 100 passengers across airport arrivals and departures, daily commutes between lodging and training areas, 24-hour on-site support, medical-evacuation readiness, and an additional one-day cooperative training event for approximately 100 host-nation personnel. Vendors are asked to describe and price large passenger buses with licensed drivers, nine-passenger climate-controlled vans, dynamic fleet scaling, fleet pooling, bilingual English-Khmer driver/translator options, tracking and communications capabilities, and unscheduled transportation. Rates must include fuel, tolls, lodging, insurance, taxes, maintenance, permits, and other operating costs. Responses should include firm information, UEI and CAGE Code, Defense Base Act insurance information or an acquisition plan, capability narratives addressing phased logistics and fleet pooling, language sourcing, and recommendations for improving a future solicitation. This is an RFI for planning purposes only and is not a solicitation or commitment to award a contract.
