Submission Instructions
Description
Peel District School Board is seeking suppliers to provide bus transportation services as required under multiple service categories: yellow school bus field trips, inter-provincial motorcoach transportation within Ontario, and motorcoach transportation to the United States and other provinces. Suppliers must provide pricing information, including two sample quotes based on the required pricing methodology for each applicable category. The submission requirements include insurance documentation, commercial vehicle operating registration, applicable public vehicle operating licenses, a Level II registration abstract, extra-provincial operating licenses where applicable, booking terms and conditions, contact information, the required submission and vendor information forms, a financial bank letter, three reference letters, and rated-criteria information. The standard terms require commercial general liability insurance of at least $5,000,000 per occurrence, non-owned motor vehicle insurance of at least $2,000,000 per occurrence, and owned motor vehicle insurance of at least $2,000,000 per occurrence. Subcontracting or assignment requires the Board's prior written consent.
