Description
The University of Wyoming Athletics Department is soliciting bids for charter flight services for up to 30 passengers during the 2026–2027 men's basketball season. The requested schedule includes round-trip flights between Laramie, Wyoming, and El Paso, Phoenix, Reno, and Albuquerque, plus a one-way flight from Las Vegas to Laramie and an alternative one-way Reno itinerary. Bidders must price the requested schedules on an all-inclusive basis, including applicable taxes, fees, fixed-base operator fees, landing fees, local destination taxes, and other costs. Flights must include standard airfare service with non-alcoholic beverages and snacks. The preferred departure airport is Laramie Regional Airport, with Cheyenne Regional Airport as the primary weather backup. Suppliers must complete the bid form, acknowledge the insurance requirements, and meet the specified aviation, carrier-certification, aircraft-operator, and insurance requirements, including substantial commercial general liability, workers’ compensation, employer’s liability, and aircraft liability coverage.
