Description
Guilford County seeks a contractor to repair the Greensboro Courthouse facade at 201 South Eugene Street. The scope includes precast spall and crack repairs, joint sealant replacement, facade cleaning, and installation of a penetrating repellent, with the contractor providing all required labor, tools, materials, and equipment. The bidder or its subcontractors must be licensed to perform all required fields of work in North Carolina. A bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check of at least 5% of the bid is required, and the awarded contractor must provide 100% performance and payment bonds. Attendance at the mandatory pre-bid ZoomGov meeting is required for bid responsiveness.
