Description
The University of North Carolina Greensboro's Facilities Services department is seeking a qualified vendor to provide management, supervision, manpower, equipment, and materials necessary for janitorial services at five Greensboro facilities: two off-campus university facilities and three community centers managed by the Center for New North Carolinians. Services include daily, weekly, monthly, biannual, and annual cleaning tasks, as well as special cleaning projects. UNCG will furnish paper towels, toilet paper, can liners, hand soap, disinfectant, and all-purpose cleaner. The solicitation seeks an agency-specific term contract with an initial one-year term and up to four additional one-year renewal terms. A representative must attend the mandatory site visit, and quotes must be submitted through the SpartanMart (JAGGAER) Sourcing Module with required attachments completed, signed, and uploaded and pricing entered for the service line items.
