Description
North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University seeks qualified professional consulting services to rebuild and stabilize sponsored research finance operations, restore internal controls, recover unbilled and uncollected sponsored revenue, reduce aged and unreconciled balances, and bring financial operations into compliance with North Carolina requirements, governing board policy, Uniform Guidance, and applicable audit findings. The engagement also requires sustainable documented processes, staff training, and a validated, evidence-based assessment with a prioritized roadmap for corrective and transformational actions. The solicitation requires a technical approach, experience and past performance, project organization, pricing, references, and specified forms and attachments. Responses must be submitted electronically through the Bonfire portal, with required PDF submissions and an Excel pricing proposal using the provided response template. The anticipated engagement duration is approximately 18–36 months across discovery and stabilization, remediation, redesign, training, and handoff phases.
