Guilford County is seeking qualified firms to provide lawn maintenance services at multiple county properties. The properties are organized into Groups A through C, and respondents may submit proposals for one or more groups, with separate pricing required for each property within the applicable group. The County may award all groups to one provider or award individual groups to multiple providers. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held virtually through ZoomGov on September 29, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Questions are accepted by email through 2:00 p.m. on October 23, 2026. Bidding documents, drawings, and specifications are available through the County's Vendor Self Service automated bidding system.
