Description
The University of North Carolina Greensboro is soliciting bids for professional soft washing and pressure washing services at nine campus buildings and four campus entrances. The scope includes cleaning entire buildings, signage, windows, patios and courtyards, concrete or paved walkways leading to entrances, and abutting masonry or stonework. Vendors must provide all labor, equipment, supplies, site visits, supervision, and insurance, and must submit separate lump-sum pricing for each listed building or entrance. The work may involve limestone features requiring non-etching cleaning solutions, lift equipment, and properly licensed and notified drone operations if drones are used. Contractors must follow OSHA safety standards, repair damage caused by negligent work, and submit a list of all chemicals used with their SDS sheets. Bids must include experience and personnel information, at least three similar-project references, pricing, worker-location information, a financial-condition certification, and the required executed bid and attachment materials.
