Description
The Nevada State Public Works Division is soliciting bids for renovation of the HVAC systems in Building 12 of the Stewart Facility. The work includes replacing boilers, hot water convectors, piping, and associated temperature controls, as well as adding outdoor air units. The project has an estimated value of $1,952,225 and a contract time of 115 calendar days. Prevailing wages are required, and liquidated damages are $1,090 per calendar day. Prime contractors must attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting. Bids must be submitted electronically through QuestCDN, and a $20 electronic submission fee applies.
