Description
Western Nevada College is soliciting bids for a prevailing-wage project to procure and install Avigilon security camera systems at its Carson and Fallon campuses. The scope includes all equipment, materials, cabling, accessories, integration, configuration, programming, commissioning, and other components necessary for complete and operational systems in interior and exterior public spaces throughout the buildings. Work may need to be staggered around campus activities. Bidders must be current Avigilon Integrators authorized to furnish, install, configure, program, commission, and support Avigilon video-surveillance systems. The bid must include authorization documentation, the Avigilon partner or integrator name, authorization or certification number, number of authorized personnel, years of Avigilon experience, and comparable completed Avigilon projects. The estimated project cost is $800,000 to $900,000. Work is scheduled to begin October 19, 2026, and be completed by February 26, 2027. A mandatory pre-bid job walk is required, and bids must be submitted electronically through NGEM.
