Description
Carson City is soliciting sealed bids for the Carson City Community Center Roofing Project, Bid No. 27300209, PWP-CC-2026-537. The selected contractor will provide the labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to re-roof the upper and lower community center roofs, including preparation and resurfacing, in accordance with the bid documents, drawings, plans, technical specifications, and special conditions. The work includes common construction phases customarily associated with this type of roofing project. This is a federally funded Federal-aid contract. A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled, and bids must be submitted electronically through the NGEM online bidding system. The bid award is tentatively scheduled for November 5, 2026.
