Description
Nevada State Public Works Division is soliciting construction services to modernize the elevators and platform lift at the Paul Laxalt Building in accordance with the project plans and specifications. The project is subject to prevailing wage requirements under PWP No. CC-2026-500. The contract time is 125 calendar days, with liquidated damages of $825 per calendar day. The estimated project value is $950,000. Bids must be submitted electronically through QuestCDN, and attendance at the pre-bid meeting is mandatory for all prime contractors.
