Description
Stone County School District is seeking statements of qualifications from qualified architectural firms to establish a pool of one or more firms for future K-12 construction, renovation, and facility projects. Potential services include facility assessments, master planning, programming, site analysis and selection, architectural design through construction documents, cost estimating, value engineering, bidding and negotiation assistance, construction administration, project closeout, post-construction services, and specialized accessibility, energy-efficiency, and sustainability consulting. Respondents must demonstrate firm qualifications, K-12 educational-facility experience, key personnel qualifications, relevant project experience and references, financial capability, insurance coverage, fee-structure approach, Mississippi architectural licensure, and legal disclosures. The District may conduct interviews and negotiate contracts for specific projects as needs arise; no specific fee proposal is requested at this stage.
