Description
This Sources Sought notice is a market research request, not a solicitation for proposals. The government is seeking qualified businesses capable of supplying, delivering, and optionally providing turnkey installation of commercial-grade kitchen, cooking, baking, and serving equipment for a federal building cafeteria and food preparation facility. Equipment may include commercial ranges, convection or combi ovens, griddles, deep fryers, steam kettles, hot food holding cabinets, and stainless-steel preparation tables and counters. Equipment must meet applicable NSF/ANSI commercial sanitation certification and UL or ETL gas/electrical safety listing requirements, as well as Federal Energy Management Program guidelines and applicable ENERGY STAR certifications. The requirement includes inside delivery, uncrating, inspection, placement at rough-in connection points, and removal or disposal of shipping dunnage. Respondents must submit a tailored capability statement of no more than five pages addressing their ability to provide the equipment, warranty coverage, and regional field support or maintenance services, along with organizational information, applicable federal contract vehicles, and reseller/distributor compliance or OEM partnership information.
