Description
Sedgwick County is seeking information from property owners, developers, brokers, real estate professionals, and other authorized representatives regarding existing or potential properties suitable for consolidating multiple COMCARE programs and administrative offices. The County is considering a single building, two separate buildings, or multiple nearby buildings in a campus-style setting, with options including purchase, renovation, expansion, redevelopment, or another real estate arrangement. Proposed solutions should accommodate approximately 88,728 square feet of program floor area and approximately 314 parking spaces, with space for children's services, adult medical and behavioral health services, pharmacy, integrated health, administration, clinical and counseling functions, client services, training, meetings, records, storage, and support operations. Respondents should provide property, site, building-system, accessibility, transportation, zoning, availability, configuration, cost, transaction, and supporting documentation information.
