Description
Mercer County is seeking multiple responsive and responsible vendors to provide transmission repair services for various county vehicles, including removing, replacing, rebuilding, and reinstalling transmissions. Vendors must provide pricing for all models within an original equipment manufacturer category if they price any specific model under that OEM. Multiple vendors will be awarded based on the lowest grand total for each OEM. The contract term is one year, with an option to extend for one additional year contingent on satisfactory vendor performance. Specifications, addenda, and bid forms are available through BidNet Direct. Bids must be uploaded electronically; physical bids will not be received, opened, or honored. Questions must be submitted through the BidNet question portal or by email by September 25, 2026.
