Description
The City of Pueblo Public Works Department is soliciting bids to rehabilitate the existing Elmwood Golf Course cart path by removing the existing asphalt surface and replacing it with new 4-inch concrete, as detailed in the plans and specifications. The project also includes base preparation, site restoration, erosion and sediment control, traffic control, mobilization, and work associated with the listed bid alternates. Bidders must submit a bid guarantee equal to 5% of the total base bid plus all bid alternates. The successful contractor must furnish payment and performance bonds, obtain required permits and licenses, comply with applicable safety, labor, tax, and record-keeping requirements, and complete the work within 90 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. A pre-construction conference will occur before construction, with the contractor required to submit its organization and 24-hour emergency contact, schedule, traffic control plan, and material submittals at that time; these are post-award requirements and are not part of the bid submission packet.
