Description
Pueblo Community College is soliciting a documented quote for one new Konica Minolta mKDR Xpress Mobile X-ray System. No substitutions will be considered. The complete offer must include the mKDR Xpress Portable X-ray unit, Intelligent Grid, Aero DR GL P 1417 FNB detector, and on-site DR applications training. Pricing must include shipping, handling, delivery, and any applicable training and travel expenses, with delivery to the Pueblo campus on an FOB destination basis. The response must use the provided quote form and include a completed W-9. The equipment must be new, current-model equipment in original manufacturer packaging, with the manufacturer's warranty included.
