Description
Brookhaven Science Associates (BSA) is requesting quotations for specific items, including dry screw vacuum pumping systems. The items to be quoted are identified by part numbers GS5120350200, M58808162, and D37280700, with a quantity of two each. Pricing must be all-inclusive, covering freight, tariffs, packing, handling, and any other associated fees for delivery to Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL). If items weigh under 150 lbs, they may ship internationally via FedEx using BNL's account. For items over 150 lbs, or if all-inclusive pricing is not feasible for foreign products, BNL will be listed as the Importer of Record with Incoterms DAP, utilizing BNL's designated freight forwarder. The resulting purchase order will not have separate line items for freight or additional charges; all costs must be incorporated into the item price. Quotations must include the applicable lead time, country of origin, Unique Entity Identifier (UEI), and a published price list if available. Pricing must remain valid for at least sixty (60) days from the quotation due date. BSA intends to award a Firm Fixed Price purchase order to the responsive and responsible offeror with the lowest total evaluated price that meets all technical requirements.
