Description
Philadelphia Gas Works (PGW) is soliciting bids for the one-time purchase of six (6) flow transmitter assemblies required for H-1 heaters at their Richmond Plant. Each assembly must include a scalable multi-variable pressure transmitter, Rosemount manifold, conditioning orifice plate, temperature sensor, and thermowell. Suppliers may propose alternative manufacturers with equivalent specifications. All equipment must be delivered by Friday, August 21, 2026, to 3100 E. Venango Street, Philadelphia, PA 19134. Bids must be submitted via PGW.procureware.com by 2:00 PM EST on Thursday, June 25, 2026. Any questions regarding the RFQ must be submitted by 2:00 PM EST on Friday, June 19, 2026. The award will be made to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder that meets the delivery date, with consideration given to lead time and best and final offers if multiple bidders meet the delivery date.
