Description
The U.S. Army Contracting Command-Redstone, in support of the U.S. Army Test, Measurement, and Diagnostic Equipment Activity (USATA), is seeking information regarding a Primary Standard Liquid Flow Calibrator or equivalent. This equipment is needed as a life-cycle replacement for an older, inoperable calibrator due to unavailable repair parts. The calibrator must have a maximum measurement capability of 60 GPM, utilize CFlow+ software, provide temperature control for fluids (heating and cooling), and have an uncertainty of 0.05% or better at k=2. It must also be compatible with all turbine meters and flowmeters, including rotameters and those with frequency or analog output. The equipment is to be delivered to APSL at Building 5435, Fowler Road, Redstone Arsenal.
