Description
The Cedar Rapids Community School District is soliciting bids for engineering and manufacturing equipment. All pricing must be submitted F.O.B. to 2500 Edgewood Rd NW, Cedar Rapids, IA 52405. Federal or State taxes should not be included in the costs provided. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and enter into contracts deemed to be in the best interest of the District. Bids must be submitted electronically through the District's online bidding portal, IonWave, no later than 11:00 a.m. CST on July 1st, 2026. Bids submitted via email, fax, or hard copy will not be accepted. Suppliers are responsible for ensuring timely and accurate submission through IonWave. Bids will be opened after 11:00 a.m. CST on July 1st, 2026, and evaluated promptly. Bid results will not be shared by phone or prior to the official award. Submitted bids cannot be modified or withdrawn for sixty (60) calendar days following the submission deadline.
