Description
The City of Highland Village is soliciting sealed bids for Phase 3 of its 2022 Street Improvements Project, to be performed in accordance with plans, specifications, and contract documents prepared by Schaumburg & Polk, Inc. The project covers Meadowbrook Drive, Oak Street, Cedar Drive, Redwood Drive, Merriman Drive, Ferndale Drive, and Gayle Lane. Bids must include the information required by the Proposal Form. A bid bond or cashier’s/certified check equal to at least 5% of the total maximum bid price is required. The successful contractor must provide a 100% performance bond, labor and material payment bond, and maintenance bond. A certificate of insurance is also required, including workers’ compensation coverage and naming the City as an additional insured.
